This handcrafted Balsamic Vinegar, with 6% acidity, is produced from fruit grown naturally, fermented and matured for three years. No colourants, preservatives, flavour enhancers or essences have been added. The taste is typically sweet/ sour with either a strong tomato, raspberry or lemon flavour.
